The Loft opened its doors in 2019 on the third floor of Knoxville's historic Market Square building — and immediately felt like it had always been there. Chef-owner Daniel Reeves envisioned a place where the food was serious but the atmosphere was never stiff.
Every ingredient tells a story. Our produce arrives from family farms in the Smoky Mountain foothills. Our beef comes from a single-source ranch in Monroe County. We believe the best dining experiences begin long before anything hits the pan.
